Job summary

Kith is seeking a Part Time Customer Experience Associate at the Soho Men's store in New York. You will be the customer’s concierge, greeting customers, performing cashier duties, and supporting operations and visuals teams to ensure a superior in-store experience.

Working under the manager on duty, you’ll adapt to business needs, communicate effectively, and contribute to a seamless customer journey from arrival to checkout. This role offers on-site work and variable hours.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in retail sales.
• 1+ year in customer service roles preferred.
• Experience in apparel, footwear, or luxury goods preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist, and provide best-in-class service to all customers.
• Support Client Advisors to ensure genuine and efficient service during and after the store visit.
• Handle cashier tasks including cash handling, returns and Mobile POS transactions.
• Maintain sales floor visuals and stockroom organization, and support store operations.
