Job summary

Kith Dumbo is seeking a part-time Customer Experience Associate to serve as the customer’s concierge in-store, greeting customers, handling cashier duties, and supporting operations and visuals teams. You will work under the Manager on duty to adapt to changing business needs and deliver best-in-class service across departments.

Responsibilities include assisting management on projects, providing friendly service, and maintaining brand standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail sales experience.
• 1+ year in customer service roles preferred.
• 1+ year in apparel, footwear, or luxury goods preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods.
• Lift and move 25 lbs.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist, and provide best-in-class customer service to all Kith customers.
• Support the Client Advisors to ensure clients receive genuine and efficient service during and after store experience.
• Handle cashier responsibilities including cash handling, returns, and mobile POS transactions.
• Maintain visual standards and assist in stockroom organization and replenishment.
• Communicate sell-through and product availability with management.
