The Kith Customer Experience Associate serves as the customer’s concierge throughout the in-store journey, greeting shoppers, processing transactions, and supporting the operations and visuals teams to maintain brand standards.

Under the Manager on duty, you adapt quickly to changing needs, deliver best-in-class service, and collaborate with teammates to ensure every client leaves with a positive impression of the Kith experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ year(s) experience in a retail sales position.
• 1+ year(s) in customer service roles, preferred but not required.
• 1+ year(s) in apparel, footwear, or luxury goods, preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide best-in-class service.
• Assist clients and ensure genuine, efficient service.
• Handle cashier duties including cash handling, returns and Mobile POS.
• Maintain visual standards and support stockroom organization.
• Support sales floor replenishment and brand standards.
