Job summary

Kith is seeking a Customer Experience Associate for its Soho Women's Store. This seasonal role focuses on delivering best-in-class service from greeting customers to efficient checkout using Mobile POS. You will support Client Advisors, assist with store operations, and maintain visual standards to enhance the shopping experience.

Availability is required for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Experience in retail and luxury goods is preferred, with strong communication and teamwork as core

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a retail sales position.
• 1+ year in customer service roles preferred.
• Experience in apparel, footwear, or luxury goods preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist, and provide best-in-class customer service to all Kith customers.
• Support the Client Advisors to ensure clients receive genuine and efficient service during and after their store experience.
• Under management direction, efficiently complete cashier responsibilities including cash handling, processing returns, and Mobile POS transactions.
• Provide friendly, professional, and accurate service at the registers.
• Partner with Management and Visual teams to maintain a visually appealing sales floor and uphold brand standards.
• Assist in stock replenishment and upkeep of visual standards before, during, and after store hours.
