Kith Williamsburg is seeking a Customer Experience Associate to act as the customer's concierge in-store. This part-time role involves greeting customers, handling registers, and supporting operations and visuals teams to maintain brand standards.

Under the Manager on duty, you will adapt to business needs, communicate effectively, and contribute to a best-in-class customer experience from start to finish.

Competenze

• Availability: Open & flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• 1+ year retail experience.
• 1+ year in customer service preferred.
• 1+ year in apparel, footwear, or luxury goods preferred.
• Standing and walking for prolonged periods; ability to lift 25 lbs.

Mansioni

• Greet, assist, and provide best-in-class customer service to all Kith customers.
• Support Client Advisors to ensure genuine and efficient service during and after store experience.
• Handle cashier duties including cash handling, processing returns and Mobile POS transactions.
• Provide friendly, professional service at the registers.
• Maintain visually appealing sales floor and keep stockroom organized.
• Communicate sell-through and assist with schedule adherence.
• Assist with housekeeping and inventory tasks as needed.
• Support visual initiatives and cycle counts as required.
