Job summary

LOFT in New York, NY is seeking a part-time Concierge to greet customers and support store operations. You will model selling behaviors, help protect assets, and ensure a safe, inclusive shopping environment while delivering outstanding service at the front of the store.

Your role includes assisting customers with BOPIS, processing purchases, answering inquiries, and supporting new-hire onboarding and associate training. A flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to organize and prioritize assignments with minimal supervision.
• Communicates effectively with Customers, Managers, Associates and Corporate partners.
• Contributes to a positive, inclusive environment and team commitment.
• Must be tech-savvy and able to operate the POS system.

Responsibilities

• Provides a welcoming, safe, and inclusive experience at store entrance.
• Prevents theft through customer service and teamwork.
• Offers exceptional customer service in the front of the store.
• Maintains Brand standards and dress code guidelines.
• Assists with BOPIS orders and refunds.
• Answers store phone and assists customers by phone.
• Assists with line management on high volume days.
• Operates the POS system and supports checkout transactions.
• Participates in onboarding and training for associates.
