Job summary

Quad is seeking a Client Relationship Executive (CRE) for In-Store clients. You will own end-to-end client relationships, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely delivery of services from opportunity through delivery, while maintaining high client satisfaction and growth opportunities.

You will partner with administration and operations, travel to client sites as needed, and drive quarterly business reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication or related field.
• 5+ years in project management, client services or retail marketing.

Responsibilities

• Act as the single point of contact for In-Store clients and manage day-to-day communications.
• Build and maintain trust-based client relationships to drive loyalty and growth.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely deliverables (pricing, schedules, etc.).
• Identify risks, mitigate issues and resolve client conflicts with clear root-cause analysis.
• Lead quarterly business reviews and ensure alignment with SLAs and KPIs.
• Document client interactions and lead regular status check-ins and updates.
