Job summary

Intuit is hiring a TurboTax - Retail Expert to provide hands-on tax advice and full preparation for consumers and small businesses at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations. You will own client relationships, deliver proactive planning, and cross-sell Intuit services while supporting in-store experiences and local community engagement.

Ideal candidates have strong tax prep credentials, a willingness to work onsite, and comfort in a fast-paced retail atmosphere.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of business tax preparation experience for federal and state returns
• 30+ personal tax returns per tax year
• Familiarity with bookkeeping and QuickBooks ProAdvisor potential advantageous

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site tax advice and full tax preparation for consumer and business clients
• Develop client relationships and provide year-round tax guidance
• Promote additional Intuit services like bookkeeping and payroll
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in-store and via video tools
