Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks a TurboTax Retail/Flagship Business Tax Expert to provide full-service tax preparation for consumers and small businesses. You’ll own client relationships, deliver tax strategy, and guide customers through complex scenarios onsite at a TurboTax store.

You’ll work with bookkeeping and payroll specialists as needed, grow the local client base, and represent TurboTax in community outreach programs with support from Intuit’s marketing and software tools.

Qualifications

• Strong business tax preparation experience with 3+ seasons handling federal/state returns.
• Experience in personal tax preparation and customer-facing roles in retail.
• Knowledge of bookkeeping and QuickBooks a plus; CPA/EA licenses welcome.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and tax compliance in diverse scenarios.
• Comfortable working onsite in a TurboTax store, 20+ hours weekly.
• Willing to wear TurboTax uniform and represent Intuit in the community.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare taxes for consumers and business clients.
• Offer tax planning guidance and leverage Intuit resources to cross-sell services.
• Build long-term client relationships and grow the local TurboTax footprint.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping and payroll specialists for seamless service.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in a front-facing setting.
