Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States as year-round Business Tax Experts. This role combines tax expertise with community engagement to help customers navigate their tax needs in-person.

You'll provide full-service tax preparation for individuals and business entities, build long-term client relationships, and collaborate with bookkeeping and payroll specialists to ensure a seamless experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recent experience preparing federal and state business tax returns (1065 and/or 1120-S) for at least 20 clients per season.
• Minimum of 3 seasons of personal tax preparation experience, with at least 30 returns per year.
• Knowledge of bookkeeping; QuickBooks ProAdvisor is highly desired.
• Experience in advising for small business tax needs beyond filing.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses, certificates, or bonds; familiar with Circular 230.
• Comfortable onsite at a TurboTax location, with flexible weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for consumer and business clients.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to optimize deductions and refunds.
• Develop relationships and promote additional Intuit services (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience across in-person and virtual channels.
• Represent TurboTax locally, engaging with the community and prospects.
