Intuit, Inc. seeks motivated individuals to join as year-round Business Tax Experts at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations nationwide. You will provide full-service tax preparation and expert guidance to consumers and business clients in a storefront setting.

As the primary contact, you build relationships, offer tax planning, and connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and other Intuit services. This on-site role emphasizes community presence and exceptional customer experience.

Formación

• 3+ years of recent business tax preparation experience for individuals and small businesses.
• Experience preparing returns for multiple entity types (S corporations, partnerships) and personal returns.
• Familiarity with bookkeeping and willingness to upskill to QuickBooks ProAdvisor.
• Must reside in the United States and be able to work onsite at a TurboTax location.
• Strong communication and customer service skills; bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for consumer and business clients.
• Diagnose deductions, plan ahead, review taxes with clients, and support planning.
• Serve as the primary contact and maintain ongoing relationships.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping and payroll specialists as needed to support client needs.
• Represent TurboTax locally, recruit new clients, and grow the local client base.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in-store and via video tools.
