Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks on-site TurboTax Retail/Flagship Business Tax Experts to deliver full-service tax preparation for individuals and business entities in a fast-paced retail setting. You will own client relationships, provide proactive tax strategy, and leverage Intuit resources to grow the local client base.

You will work with a team of specialists, offering bookkeeping and payroll support when needed, while ensuring an outstanding in-person experience for customers across the United States.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recent experience preparing federal and state business tax returns (1065 and/or 1120-S) for multiple clients.
• 3 seasons of personal tax preparation experience, with 30+ returns per year.
• Knowledge of bookkeeping is desirable; willingness to upskill to QuickBooks ProAdvisor.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for TurboTax consumer and business clients.
• Be the primary relationship owner, offering tax strategy and tax planning in addition to filing.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping and payroll specialists to deliver comprehensive services.
