Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking dedicated year-round Business Tax Experts to join TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax preparation for individuals and business entities, while growing the client base and delivering proactive guidance in a on-site retail setting. As a TurboTax Expert, you will own client relationships, offer personalized tax strategy, and collaborate with bookkeeping and payroll specialists to ensure a seamless cross-service

Qualifications

• Strong tax preparation experience with federal and state returns.
• Knowledge of bookkeeping and retail tax workflows is preferred.
• Experience using commercial tax software and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for consumer and business clients.
• Develop relationships as the primary point of contact and offer tax planning guidance.
• Leverage Intuit resources to introduce clients to additional services.
• Represent TurboTax locally and in community marketing efforts.
