Mondelēz International in the United States is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to lead in-store brand execution for Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit. You will stock shelves, build displays, and manage in-store product flows to ensure items are in stock.

This frontline role emphasizes strong customer service, daily store visits, and close collaboration with store personnel to maximize visibility and drive sales.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a valid driver's license issued in the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs and moving up to 50 lbs.
• Live within 25–35 miles of the primary location (Lima, OH) with multiple secondary locations.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store professionally and as the face of the brands.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits and capture display photos via DMI.
• Build relationships with store personnel to support brand visibility and in-stock conditions.
• Order product via iPad to maintain shelves and displays using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules set by RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal campaigns and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM and management.
• Ensure safety and physical requirements of the role.
