Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Franklin, TN. You will bring energy to the store, engage customers, and share product knowledge while promoting the AE loyalty program and brand love.

You’ll flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom, handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and upholding company policies with integrity.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Retail experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AE Selling Model to help them find what they need.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest suitable items.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to customers.
• Navigate Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Be a team player and support store colleagues.
• Adhere to AE policies and procedures.
