Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters in Germantown, TN is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador to deliver an engaging shopping experience and personify our brand values. You’ll educate guests on AE and Aerie products, build loyalty, and flex across the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom while maintaining high standards of service.

You’ll be a people person with energy, able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting, and available for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable engaging with guests and building brand loyalty.
• Experience in fast-paced retail environments preferred.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and help them find products using the AEO Selling Model.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest items to fit needs.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Collaborate with team to achieve store goals and maintain brand standards.
• Uphold company policies and demonstrate integrity in all interactions.
