You are the face of our company, passionate about AE products, and eager to build brand loyalty with every guest. You will use the AEO Selling Model, educate guests on product details, introduce the loyalty program, and assist across store areas while maintaining energy and guest-first service.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail.
• Enjoy interacting with people.
• Full of energy and can handle multiple tasks.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Love AE and Aerie products.

Responsibilities

• Use the AEO Selling Model to engage guests and find exactly what they need.
• Educate guests on AE products and make personalized suggestions.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Work across Sales floor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Be a team player and help the team get the job done.
• Represent the brand with integrity and adhere to policies.
