Job summary

Lovesac is hiring a Sales Associate to connect with customers and help them design spaces with our iconic Sacs and Sactionals. You will provide friendly, knowledgeable service, drive conversions, and create an exceptional in-store experience that reflects our Total Comfort™ promise.

You’ll work in a fast-paced, customer-first environment, building relationships, meeting sales targets, and contributing to a positive store team.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
• Must regularly work during high-traffic and peak selling periods, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Able to effectively utilize technology for sales and customer support including CRM systems.
• Must be able to travel to local stores, third-party vendors and for occasional meetings.
• Demonstrate excellent judgment, integrity, and trustworthiness in managing financial transactions and customer data.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients with energy and optimism, actively selling while executing the Lovesac selling process and maintaining a strong pipeline.
• Drive loyalty and brand advocacy by building genuine connections and delivering exceptional service.
• Own the customer journey end-to-end, uncover needs and close sales with confidence.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge and create a fun, engaging shopping experience.
• Meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs through disciplined execution and proactive follow-up.
