Job summary

Lovesac is seeking a Sales Associate in California to welcome customers, present products, and close sales while delivering an outstanding shopping experience on the sales floor.

You will participate in product demonstrations, maintain store standards, handle inquiries, and contribute to achieving sales goals during peak periods, weekends, and holidays. You will build customer relationships and stay knowledgeable about Lovesac products.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused with strong communication skills.
• Experience in retail or customer service.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 75 pounds.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
