Arc’teryx in New York City is seeking a Product Guide to deliver a best-in-class brand experience on the retail floor, sharing technical product knowledge and assisting with problem-solving.

You’ll weave product details into guest interactions and champion Arc’teryx as a brand in-store and in the community, collaborating with store leadership on projects and initiatives. Flexibility for peak season and weekend shifts is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a best-in-class brand experience to guests by sharing technical product knowledge and assisting with problem solving.
• Build a strong understanding of Arc’teryx products and weave this information into guest interactions authentically.
• Champion Arc’teryx as a brand ambassador in-store and in the community.
• Develop passions both in and out of the store with the support of the team.
• Support in elevating guest experience by working with store leadership on projects and brand initiatives.
• Provide feedback on merchandising and in-store experience to help drive sales.
• Maintain an open, collaborative relationship with your team and store leadership.
• Assist with store tasks as assigned by leadership, answer phones, and handle voicemails and emails.
