Job summary

ARC’TERYX is seeking a customer-focused team member to deliver an exceptional in-store experience. You’ll share technical product knowledge, assist guests with decisions, and support store leadership on initiatives across the shop floor.

You’ll engage with customers on gear, participate in merchandising efforts, and handle transactions using our POS system while staying adaptable and collaborative in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail and delivering customer service.
• Willingness to work weekends and flexible shifts.
• Ability to lift/move boxes (5–30 lbs) as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a best-in-class brand experience through product knowledge and guest assistance.
• Weave product information into guest interactions authentically.
• Represent ARC’TERYX as a brand ambassador in-store and in the community.
• Support store leadership on projects and brand initiatives.
• Provide feedback on merchandising and in-store experience to drive sales.
• Handle store tasks and respond to communications promptly.
• Use the POS system to process transactions, warranties, and returns.
• Maintain inventory readiness and assist with receiving and unpacking boxes.
