Job summary

Kohl's Sephora is seeking a Beauty Lead Advisor in a retail setting. The role focuses on driving sales through authentic beauty expertise, consultative client engagement and deep product knowledge to meet and exceed targets.

Responsibilities include executing Sephora at Kohl’s standards, maintaining visual merchandising, performing replenishment, and participating in ongoing training to stay current on trends and products.

Qualifications

• Authentic passion for beauty.
• Client-facing retail or service industry experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence in a clear and concise manner.
• Availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client loyalty and influence clients by identifying their needs and suggesting products to drive sales, including upsell opportunities.
• Develop and expand knowledge of the beauty industry.
• Provide credibility to clients through knowledge of products and beauty trends.
• Inspire clients through product demonstrations and application guidance.
• Understand and execute the sales plans to support and meet goals.
• Execute and maintain Sephora visual merchandising and operational standards, including merchandise sets and department cleanliness.
• Ensure timely replenishment to drive sales and enhance the customer experience.
• Complete required training to expand knowledge.
• Support omni-processing within the department.
• Assist inventory management from receipt to sale, including freight processing, back stocking, counts and price changes.
