Responsibilities

• Share our brand story and help guests find pieces that fit.
• Facilitate in-store beading appointments and events—making visits special.
• Process transactions at the POS and provide excellent service.
• Keep the sales floor tidy and visually inspiring for guests.
• Assist at the bead bar and fulfill custom orders.
• Assist with inventory, merchandising, clienteling, and KPIs.
• Support store leadership as needed.
