Job summary

Little Words Project in Nashville is seeking a Sales Associate to join our team. You’ll help customers find bracelets that speak to them and create an unforgettable in-store experience while sharing our message of kindness and self-love.

The role emphasizes a team environment, strong communication, beading passion, and comfort with events, POS transactions, and daily store upkeep. Weekend availability is preferred.

• Retail experience preferred, but fast learner with a great attitude welcome.
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of helping customers.
• Passion for beading, styling, and capturing content in-store.

Responsibilities

• Share our mission and help customers find the perfect pieces; personalize recommendations.
• Facilitate in-store beading appointments, parties, and special events.
• Assist with transactions at the POS and answer customer questions.
• Keep the sales floor tidy, stocked, and visually inspiring.
• Assist at the bead bar, tie bracelets, and fulfill custom orders.
• Help with inventory intake, visual merchandising, clienteling, and KPIs.
• Other duties as directed by the Store Manager.

• Assist with transactions at the POS system, answer customer questions, and provide top-notch service.
• Keep the sales floor tidy, well‑stocked, and visually inspiring for our customers.
• Assist at the bead bar, tie bracelets, and fulfill custom orders.
• Help with inventory intake, visual merchandising, clienteling, and KPIs to keep the store thriving.
• Other duties as directed by the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager
