Job summary

NAPA Auto Parts in Monterey, CA is seeking a Store Pro to be the frontline contact for customers in our retail showroom. You will provide accurate automotive parts solutions to retail and wholesale customers, deliver a consistently positive experience, and use product knowledge to assist teammates and customers.

In a fast-paced environment, you will operate POS and inventory tools, support store operations, and help coordinate deliveries.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to learn automotive parts and systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate automotive parts solutions to retail and wholesale customers.
• Deliver a positive and engaging customer experience.
• Utilize product knowledge to assist customers and teammates.
• Operate POS, inventory/catalog tools, and communication devices.
• Maintain high energy in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Support store operations including transactions, inquiries, and workflow.
• Build relationships to drive loyalty and repeat business.
• Coordinate and dispatch deliveries, pull and prepare orders for customers and drivers.
• Assist with inventory control, receiving merchandise, stocking shelves, and cycle counts.
• Contribute to store operations and continuous improvement initiatives.
