Job summary

Red Bull Distribution Company in Illinois is seeking a Sales Activator to expand in-store presence in Large Format accounts and strengthen relationships with retailers. You will drive Perfect Store standards, grow product availability, and support long-term sales drivers across the territory.

The role requires a valid US driver's license, at least 21, and experience in sales or account management; physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds; and the ability to coordinate promotions and market

Qualifications

• Valid US Driver's License and DOT Medical Card.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Experience in sales, account management and DSD is a plus.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
• English required; additional languages an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Drive in-store presence and Perfect Store standards to win against competition.
• Maintain and increase product range in all stores within the territory.
• Coverage of defined territory with effective call frequency and cost efficiency.
• Report non-compliance in a timely manner and communicate with the RBDC team.
• Pre-sell promotions and coordinate 30-60-90 day activity outlook with accounts.
• Lead market activations and ensure best-in-class account service across accounts.
