Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Manager on the Account Development team to build a new growth engine for our In Store program. This remote role will lead a class of Account Development sellers, driving MRR expansion and partner growth across NAM markets while collaborating with S&O and Product teams for optimal customer experience.

You will hire, train, and coach the team, establish KPI benchmarks, and foster an inclusive culture focused on results and merchant outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in account management or account development leadership in SaaS, SMB tech, or restaurant sales.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a class of Account Development sellers.
• Drive MRR expansion and growth across the partner base.
