Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Manager on the Account Development team to build and lead a new growth engine for our in‑store partner base. You will hire, train, and coach a high‑performing team, drive MRR expansion, and collaborate with S&O and Product to deliver the best customer experience.

You will travel to key markets, shape KPI strategy, and help scale the In Store path as part of a broader growth plan for NAM. A track record in SaaS or restaurant sales is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in account management or leadership in account development.
• Experience in SaaS, SMB tech or restaurant sales.
• Proven track record of building high‑performing sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a new Account Development team for NAM markets.
• Set KPIs, define roles and drive MRR expansion with partners.
• Collaborate with S&O and Product to optimize customer experience.
