Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a hands-on, ownership-minded Strategy & Operations Associate to drive growth on the Reservations Marketplace. You will define how merchants grow reservations, design scalable growth motions, and enable cross-functional teams, bridging Strategy, Merchant Success, Marketing, and Product.

You will report to a Strategy & Operations Director within the In-Store team and lead from the front, leveraging AI as a multiplier to unlock new in-store opportunities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in strategy, operations, consulting, banking, or high-growth tech environments.
• Bias to action and agility in a fast-paced setting, with a willingness to lead from the front.
• Clarity of thought and executive communication to align cross-functional partners.
• Team leadership and the ability to attract, hire, and retain top talent as you scale.
• AI-native problem solver capable of leveraging AI tools to bring clarity to ambiguous problems.
