Qualifications

• Advanced technical experience in mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and diesel diagnostics.
• Demonstrated technical leadership and ability to mentor technicians.
• Strong communication skills, clear and professional written/verbal.
• Attention to detail to ensure repair quality and safety.
• Experience with diagnostic software and service systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary in‑shop expert and escalation point for complex diagnostics, repairs, and troubleshooting.
• Stay hands-on with advanced mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel diagnostics and repairs.
• Support and mentor technicians; provide technical guidance and informal mentorship.
• Promote quality and safety; reinforce proper diagnostics, repair procedures, and documentation.
