Qualifications

• Advanced technical experience across mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and diesel systems.
• Demonstrated technical leadership with ability to mentor other technicians.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Valid work authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary in-shop expert for complex diagnostics, repairs and troubleshooting.
• Remain hands-on with advanced mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and diesel work.
• Provide technical guidance and informal mentorship to develop team skills.
• Promote repair quality, safety and accurate documentation to prevent rework.
• Collaborate with service team to support customer needs.
