Qualifications

• Advanced technical experience across mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and diesel systems.
• Demonstrated technical leadership without direct supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Attention to detail in repair quality and safety.
• Proficient with diagnostic software and service systems.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical leader: act as the primary in-shop expert and escalation point for complex diagnostics, repairs, and troubleshooting.
• Stay hands-on: perform advanced mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel diagnostics and repairs, with expectations to remain actively engaged in billable work.
• Support and mentor technicians: provide technical guidance, coaching, and informal mentorship to help develop skills and promote repair consistency.
• Promote quality and safety: help prevent rework and comebacks by reinforcing proper diagnostics, repair procedures, documentation, and safety standards.
