Avion Hospitality is seeking a warm, attentive Room Server for Cameo Beverly Hills, a luxury hotel in the Hilton LXR collection. You will manage in-room food and beverage orders with courteous, professional service, ensuring accuracy and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Alcohol Awareness Certification in accordance with state regulations.
• Food Handler Certification in accordance with state regulations.
• Ability to communicate information and ideas clearly and effectively.
• Strong judgment and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate situations quickly.
• Remain professional and service-oriented in stressful situations.

Responsibilities

• Take and deliver guest food and beverage orders in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
• Serve guests promptly while maintaining high hospitality standards.
• Maintain welcoming and professional demeanor during all guest interactions.
• Ensure food and beverage service is delivered accurately per hotel standards.
• Assist with opening/closing side work and POS transactions.
• Maintain clean, sanitary room service areas and stations.
