Job summary

CoralTree Hospitality Group's Pier Sixty-Six Resort in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a seasoned In Room Dining Server to join our luxury team. You will greet guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure guest satisfaction.

Reporting to the Food & Beverage team, you will coordinate with kitchen staff, know the menu and allergens, handle payments, and deliver orders with care. TIPS certified or willing to obtain certification within 30 days.

Qualifications

• Fluent English communication with guests and team members.
• High School Diploma or GED required; college experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve food courses and beverages to guests.
• Provide exceptional, personalized service to guests.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery and quality.
• Process guest payments accurately (cash, card, room charges).
• Safely transport orders to guest rooms.
• Know menu offerings, ingredients, preparation methods and allergens.
• Set up trays/carts and ensure visual appeal.
• Anticipate and address guests' service needs.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues.
• Maintain positive working relationships and support the team.
• Adhere to quality standards in all service moments.
• Lift and move objects up to 10 pounds.
• Thank guests with genuine appreciation.
• Perform other duties as requested by Supervisors.
