CoralTree Hospitality Group seeks a Server Assistant - Garden Room for Pier Sixty-Six Resort in Fort Lauderdale. You will assist servers in a fine dining setting, support high-end guest experiences, and contribute to a polished dining room in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in fine dining service experience; knowledge of Italian cuisine.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to provide friendly, professional, attentive guest service.
• Teamwork and pace in a five-star environment are essential.
• Must meet legal age/certification requirements for serving alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables; prep for service and assist with opening/closing duties.
• Serve courses and beverages; manage table settings and guest needs.
• Maintain cleanliness, organize dining room, and support team to ensure smooth operations.
• Move and lift light items up to 25 pounds; follow safety and quality standards.
• Provide excellent guest service in a fast-paced fine dining environment.
