Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Basic communication skills and team collaboration.
• Food and beverage experience is a plus.
• Personable and engaging; trustworthy with integrity.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and take guest orders via phone or digital platforms.
• Provide menu recommendations, describe items, and address dietary questions.
• Enter orders into POS system and ensure modifications are recorded.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for timely delivery.
• Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance guest experience.
• Process payments including cash, cards, room charges.
• Assist with emails, supplies, updating binders, data entry, and filing.
• Keep the office clean and organized; close cash banks as needed.
• Deliver WOW moments and support team as needed.
