Job summary

At Montage Deer Valley, we are seeking a dedicated Server - Overnight, In Room Dining. You will ensure timely, professional service of food and beverages, assist guests with menu selections, and maintain high standards throughout the dining experience.

You should have at least 1 year in food and beverage operations; luxury hotel experience is a plus. Flexibility to work weekends/holidays and prior MICROS experience are beneficial.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of experience in food and beverage operations.
• Luxury hotel experience is a plus.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Prior MICROS or other POS systems experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure food and beverages are served in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist guests with menu selections and provide recommendations.
• Take orders accurately and relay special requests to the kitchen.
• Anticipate guest needs and check in to ensure satisfaction.
• Promote menu items, specials, and promotions to increase sales.
• Adhere to cleaning and safety standards.
• Attend daily pre-shift meetings and follow service sequences.
• Deliver WOW moments and meet guest expectations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
