Job summary

Loews Arlington Hotel is seeking an experienced In-Room Dining Manager to lead a dynamic team in delivering luxurious guest experiences. You will oversee all aspects of in-room dining, from coordinating with culinary partners to ensuring timely, accurate service for each guest.

You will develop service standards, manage schedules and trainings, and drive revenue through upselling and creative promotions, while upholding strict hygiene and safety protocols in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years Food & Beverage leadership experience.
• Knowledge of in-room dining operations, food safety, and service standards.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail; able to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of in-room dining operations, ensuring timely, accurate service.
• Develop and implement service standards to elevate guest experiences.
• Partner with culinary team for special requests and dietary needs.
• Monitor food and beverage presentation to maintain quality and brand standards.
• Recruit, train, and coach team members for excellence.
• Manage schedules, performance evaluations, and development.
• Drive revenue through upselling and promotions.
• Maintain inventory and ensure equipment is in working condition.
• Uphold hygiene and safety protocols, complying with health regulations.
• Prepare reports on service metrics, costs, and guest feedback.
• Attend mandatory trainings and regular meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
