Live! By Loews-Arlington, TX seeks an experienced Food & Beverage leader to assist the Director of Food & Beverage in planning, organizing, directing, and coordinating outlet operations to deliver a superior guest experience.

You will oversee staffing, training, scheduling, and cost control while maintaining Loews standards and ensuring friendly, professional service. Weekend/holiday availability and strong leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Associate of Science degree or higher in Hospitality or Food Service management.
• Thorough knowledge of upscale food service operations.
• Two years management experience in hotel or quality food service operation.
• Certification as Food Service Manager or ability to obtain such certification.
• Effective management, leadership, organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Addresses guests by their names and delivers professional service.

Responsibilities

• Manage outlet staffing to ensure optimal performance.
• Represent the Director of Food & Beverage in their absence.
• Ensure adherence to departmental policies and hotel guidelines.
• Oversee cost-effective operation including labor management and inventory control.
• Supervise outlet activities to ensure quality production and service.
• Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction and dining enjoyment.
• Prepare storeroom requisitions and manage budget adherence.
• Coordinate with Executive/Sous Chef on reservations and VIPs.
• Coach, train, and develop outlet personnel.
• Attend hotel meetings and communicate across departments.
• Maintain floor presence during peak service times.
