Job summary

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in Orlando is seeking an In-Room Dining Coordinator to delight guests with personalized service. You will receive guest requests and work with the hotel team to deliver a memorable dining experience in-room.

The role is temporary full-time for three months, with potential extension based on business needs. A 1–2 year background in Food & Beverage and fluency in English are required along with legal US work authorization.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Food & Beverage preferred.
• Knowledge of internal systems preferred.
• Strong service orientation toward residents, guests, and peers.
• Good organizational skills and ability to work independently.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing conditions.
• Must be fluent in English and legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Take guest orders by phone using courteous etiquette and describe menu items vividly.
• Communicate orders to kitchen and coordinate delivery to guestrooms; close guest checks and record charges.
• Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond to concerns with urgency.
• Coordinate amenity deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
• Work harmoniously with coworkers and supervisors.

TheOpportunity:

About the Role:

We are looking for an individual who can delightguests by coordinating In-Room Dining experiences through a detailed and guest-focused perspective. You will receive guest requests and communicate directly with the team to deliver the best personal dining experience possible, taking action on guest needs, both expressed and unspoken. Intuition and articulation will be essential in successfully mastering the role.

This is a temporary full-time position intended to cover a three-month period with potential extension or permanent placement based on business need.

The estimated timeframe of this contract is September 2026 to December 1, 2026.

What You Will Do:

• Answer telephone using courteous, efficient telephone etiquette while obtaining all information necessary to process the guest’s order according to Four Seasons Standards, describe the selection of food & beverage menu items to guests by offering interesting, and vivid descriptions of the each item’s, origin, taste, and preparation methods.
• Communicate guest orders including any special needs or requests to the kitchen using the hotel’s point-of-sales system; check completed kitchen orders with the guest’s original order; coordinate delivery of items to the guestroom by Room Service Servers in a timely manner to ensure proper food quality; properly and accurately close guest checks; record guest charges and gratuities.
• Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
• Coordinate amenity deliver by ensuring that all requests are received, filed, ordered from kitchen and delivered in a prompt and accurate fashion.
• Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.

What You Bring:

• Prior experience of 1-2 year’s in Food & Beverage is preferred.
• Knowledge of internal systems is preferred.
• A sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers.
• Good organizational skills, with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions.
• High work ethic, with a sense of responsibility for the role filled within our team.
• Attention to detail and accuracy. Able to learn and execute processes associated with computerized point of sale systems, visual planning and retail procurement/ inventory control.
• A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, ability to workweekends and holidays. Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States.
