Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort is seeking a passionate pastry professional to join our luxury hotel pastry team. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of baking/pastry experience, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to quality and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include preparing breads, pastries, and baked goods, maintaining high standards, and ensuring freshness while minimizing waste. Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of baking/pastry experience.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistency, quality.
• Experience in a luxury hospitality environment is preferred.

• Prepare breads, pastries, and baked goods according to production schedules, banquet event orders, and outlet needs.
• Ensure consistent quality by following standardized recipes, refined techniques, and presentation standards expected in a luxury environment.
• Prepare items in advance with a focus on freshness, efficiency, and waste reduction.
• Operate, maintain, and clean kitchen equipment in accordance with safety and sanitation standards.
• Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, labeling, dating, and storage protocols.
• Monitor par levels and production needs; coordinate prep and communicate shortages proactively.
• Properly store and rotate products in compliance with FIFO and quality standards.
• Support food cost control through mindful production and efficient ingredient usage.

A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, ability to work weekends and holidays. Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States.
