Job summary

Four Seasons Orlando offers an on-call Kids For All Seasons Attendant role focused on delivering engaging, safe, and memorable experiences for families visiting our resort. You will support Explorer Island activities, supervise guests, and help create a welcoming environment with a warm, professional approach.

We seek individuals with a genuine willingness to provide exceptional service, comfortable outdoor work, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Prior related experience in guest services or recreation is preferred.
• Comfortable working outdoors for long shifts.
• Fluent English and ability to communicate clearly with guests and team.

The Opportunity

Kids For All Seasons Attendant (On-Call)

Who We Look For

We are looking for an individual who can provide support for Explorer Island, our recreational area. Explorer Island features a Family Pool, Splash Zone, Lazy River, and The Drop. Dry out over a game of beach volleyball, shoot hoops, or get your gaming fix at The Hideout. Our complimentary Kids for All Seasons program is also located on the island.

Responsibilities

• Provide exciting and excellent service for guests of all ages
• Engage in activities with the children while maintaining a safe environment; activities may include water sports, kids' games, pool side movies and more

Minimum Qualifications

• Prior related experience of 2 years
• Comfortable working outside for 8-10 hours
• A sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers.
• Good organizational skills, with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions.
• High work ethic, with a sense of responsibility for the role filled within our team.

A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, ability to work weekends and holidays. Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States.
