Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort is seeking an Overnight Steward Supervisor to lead the Stewarding team during night shifts. The role focuses on cleaning, sanitizing and maintaining kitchen areas, with emphasis on safety and efficiency. Strong supervisory experience and the ability to coordinate weekend/holiday coverage are essential.

• Strong supervisory experience, especially on overnight shifts.
• Ability to plan and organize weekly work assignments.
• Knowledge of Florida Health code standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee night cleaning operations in Stewarding, supporting staff with ovens, kettles, mixers and kitchen areas.
• Clean and sanitize pots, pans, and utensils using proper solutions.
• Report damaged or worn equipment for repairs and ensure safe chemical handling.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and store materials correctly.
• Plan weekly work assignments and offer training and disciplinary recommendations when needed.

The Opportunity

Stewarding Supervisor (Overnight)

Who We Look For

We are looking for an individual who can provide leadership support in our Stewarding department across the Resort. Supervisory experience preferred. This position will have a strong emphasis on the overnight.

Responsibilities

• Incumbents should have a strong understanding of night cleaning style work as well as operations. The basic functions of this positions are to assist staff in cleaning and sanitize all ovens, steam kettles, mixers and other kitchen equipment as well as all kitchen drains, sinks, floors, and walls; clean, dust, sweep, mop, polish, scrub, wash, strip, and buff kitchen and pastry shop production areas and hallways.
• Clean and sanitize all pots, pans, and kitchen utensils using the correct cleaning and rinsing solutions and process.
• Reporting any damaged or excessively worn pieces for repair. Safely utilize and store all cleaning compounds, chemicals, and materials including soaking solution utilizing the correct protective clothing.
• Knowledge to the State of Florida Health code standard.
• Planning and organizing their week work assignments, tracking any day-to-day opportunities, make recommendations in regard to training, performance evaluations, and discipline for overnight stewards/ night cleaners.

• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working with a large team

A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, ability to work weekends and holidays. Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States.
