Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in Surfside, Florida is seeking an In-Room Dining Coordinator to deliver exceptional knowledge of the food and beverage menu, answer guest calls with courteous etiquette, and describe items with vivid details.

You will coordinate guest orders through the POS, verify accuracy against the original order, oversee timely delivery to guestrooms, and ensure correct billing and tip recording, while upholding Four Seasons standards and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English.
• The ability to communicate professionally and accurately via telephone.
• High school education or equivalent experience.
• Minimum one-year food & beverage service or related work.

Responsibilities

• Communicate guest orders, including any special needs or requests, to the kitchen through the hotel’s POS system.
• Verify completed kitchen orders against the guest’s original order to ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate timely delivery of orders to guestrooms with In-Room Dining Servers while maintaining food quality standards.
• Accurately close guest checks and process billing transactions.
• Record guest charges and gratuities correctly and in accordance with hotel procedures.
