Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort, a AAA Five Diamond property, seeks an In-Room Dining Server (Temporary) to deliver exceptional guest experiences in guest rooms or suites. This three-month assignment may extend based on business needs and runs from September 2026 through December 1, 2026.

The role requires 1–2 years of Food & Beverage or Room Service experience, fluent English, and the ability to work weekends and holidays with a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience as In-Room Dining Server or similar role
• Fluent in English, excellent communication and service orientation
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional knowledge of food & beverage items and preparation methods
• Assist and serve food, drinks, and amenities to guest rooms and suites
• Respond to all guest interactions in a courteous, efficient manner to maximize satisfaction
