Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club in Surfside, FL, seeks an In-Room Dining Coordinator to provide exceptional knowledge of food and beverage items and to process orders with precision.

You will communicate with the kitchen via POS, verify orders, coordinate timely delivery to guestrooms, and close guest checks; prior one-year F&B experience preferred. This is a full-time role with US work authorization required.

Qualifications

• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English.
• Professional telephone communication.
• High school education or equivalent.
• Minimum one-year food & beverage service or related work.

Responsibilities

• Communicate guest orders, including any special needs or requests, to the kitchen through the hotel’s POS system.
• Verify completed kitchen orders against the guest’s original order to ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate timely delivery of orders to guestrooms with In-Room Dining Servers while maintaining food quality standards.
• Accurately close guest checks and process billing transactions.
• Record guest charges and gratuities correctly and in accordance with hotel procedures.
