The In Room Dining Coordinator manages guest in‑room dining orders via phone, iPad, and messaging platforms, ensuringaccuratecommunication of special requests to the kitchen. This role coordinatestimelydelivery of all ordersin accordance withFour Seasons standards and prepares, organizes, and follows through on all guest amenities to ensure a seamless and elevated guestexperience.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Anticipateguest needs,ascertainsatisfaction, and offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
Utilize hotel computer systems and point‑of‑sale platforms to accurately enter and communicate guest in‑room dining orders, including all special requests, dietary restrictions, and allergy information, to the culinary team.
Review completed kitchen orders against the original guest request to ensure accuracy, presentation, and quality prior to delivery.
Coordinate timely and seamless delivery of in‑room dining orders by Room Service Servers tomaintainoptimalfood quality and an elevated guest experience.
Properly and accurately close guest checks, recordchargesand gratuities, and ensure all transactions
