Four Seasons Maui is seeking an In Room Dining Coordinator to join our Food & Beverage team. This role supports guest orders, coordinates with the kitchen, and ensures high-quality delivery of in-room dining experiences in a luxurious, guest-centric environment.

The position is part-time, with evening and weekend shifts. Successful candidates will communicate clearly by phone, hold Maui Liquor Card and TB clearance, and thrive in a physically active, fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate in a professional and accurate manner via telephone.
• Maui Liquor Card required.
• Tuberculosis Clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone using courteous, efficient etiquette and process guest orders.
• Relay guest orders to kitchen and coordinate with Room Service for timely delivery.
• Anticipate guest needs, address concerns, and provide appropriate suggestions.
