Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in Maui seeks an In Room Dining Coordinator to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will take in-room dining orders, relay requests to the kitchen, coordinate delivery to guestrooms, and ensure orders align with Four Seasons standards.

This role requires attention to detail and a courteous, accurate communication style. The position is part-time, with shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Takes guest in-room dining orders and communicates special requests to the kitchen.
• Coordinates delivery of items to guestrooms according to Four Seasons standards.
• Maintains courteous and accurate telephone etiquette while processing guest orders.

Responsibilities

• Answer guest in-room dining orders by telephone with courteous, efficient etiquette.
• Communicate guest orders and special needs to the kitchen using the hotel’s POS system; verify orders against original guest request.
• Coordinate timely delivery to guestrooms and ensure accurate guest charges and gratuities.
