Responsibilities

• Assist food servers with serving, set-up and clearing of china, glass, and silver from service; attend to guest needs and requests.
• Breakdown, clean and set-up of tables, buffets, and food stations.
• Stock linen, china, silver and glassware; ensure polished and ready for service.
